Cancellation Policy

It is our intention to accommodate members, customers and their changing needs as far as possible, without inconveniencing other members or incurring financial penalties for the club.  Accordingly bookings (including food orders) made in advance can be cancelled or modified at no charge prior to a reasonable notice period.  After this time a charge will apply.

Notice Period: 

The notice period is dependent on the nature of the booking and the level of activity in the season.

  • Individual Accommodation – 24 hours (7 days during peak periods such as the Imperial Meeting)
  • Group Booking: Dining or accommodation – 48 hours
  • Private Events – 7 days
  • Advance Lunch order – 1 hour

 

Cancellation Fee: 

Cancellations within the notice period will be subject to a charge, depending on the nature of the booking.  The cancellation fee will either be in the form of a reduced refund or a charge on the member’s account as appropriate.

* Includes but not limited to: Imperial Meeting, F-Class World Championships, Inter-Counties etc.

No-Show Policy: 

A no-show effectively blocks out another member and will be charged the full fee or loss of deposit.

Exceptions: 

We may offer flexibility for unforeseen circumstances like medical emergencies; please contact us in that instance as soon as you are able.

How to Cancel: 

To cancel, please contact our Front of House manager by email (steward@NLRC.org) or call +44 1483 473 117.  Your cancellation will only be effective once you have received confirmation.
